Privacy policy
Last updated: 4 November 2026
In short: «No, gracias» doesn't collect, send or sell any of your data. It has no servers, accounts, ads, analytics or tracking. Everything happens on your iPhone.
What the app does
The app builds the list of 400 numbers on your own iPhone and hands it to iOS through its Call Blocking & Identification feature. From then on, iOS identifies or blocks calls: the app doesn't run during calls and doesn't know who is calling you.
Data we don't collect
- We don't access your contacts, call history or messages.
- We don't know which calls you receive, block or identify.
- We don't ask you to sign up or for your email or phone number.
- We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, our own or anyone else's.
What's stored on your iPhone
To work, the app stores on your device, and only there, your settings (the chosen mode and label), technical details of the last list load (when it happened and how long it took) and how many coffees you've bought. They never leave your iPhone and are deleted when you uninstall the app.
Siri, Shortcuts and Focus
If you use Siri, Shortcuts, Focus filters or the Control Center button, iOS handles them and only tells the app which mode to apply.
Tips
Tips (“Buy me a coffee”) are in-app purchases handled by Apple. Apple processes the payment, and we don't receive your payment or identity details, only the sales reports Apple provides to developers. See Apple's privacy policy.
Internet connections
The app doesn't connect to any server of ours. The only connection is the one iOS makes to the App Store to show and charge tips.
Children
The app doesn't collect data from anyone, children included.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever needed to process any data, we would explain it here before doing so and update the date above.
